    My item arrived well-packed and as described. It was not very expensive. But it took 125 hours for a 193-mile journey, with no weekend days in between. Also, I never got an email – or an ebay message – to be at home at such-and-such a range of times on such-and-such a day, which couriers ought to provide. I don’t want other ebayers to think you, the seller sells badly, but I do want him to consider using a different courier, or the Royal Mail. I've still rated you positive.

    This is my second purchase from this seller, I bought the teapot from Australia because the prices are very good value. It arrived in excellent condition as described, well packaged, postage price is very good and arrived earlier than expected. I would buy from this seller again.

    Exactly as described and a direct replacement for the original clock. Item extremely well packaged and turned up a day early via Yodel (always get good service with them too). Item came with business card and receipt and would certainly look to do business with seller again as I feel they went the extra mile making this an easy and successful purchase. Good communication and despatched very swiftly. All good stuff.

    Excellent transaction and seller. I have bought several items and, each time, they have been dispatched quickly and were very securely packaged. All items in great condition, as described and, in my opinion, were reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

    Lovely item, arrived safely and in mint condition. Item was described as "used" but it looks brand new and is in it's original box. Excellent packaging for a fragile piece. 5🌟 seller, will buy from again.
