Where possible stock is sourced from Australian suppliers. We support over 15 Australian owned stores.

    Plants were shipped by Australian Post, arriving on Wednesday after being shipped on the Monday. Package was undamaged. Plants were healthy and strong and in great condition. Definitely got value for my money. I also cannot fault customer service, all my questions were answered within a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. Very happy with both purchase and service - one happy customer here!!

    Seller helped negotiate a better shipping price on x3 bags, bags of powder are bigger then expected, but they’ll last longer too. the smaller white bags were same seller I brought like 6 months ago, so now bags & product are bigger & better 👍✌️. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

    Items were as described. However due to poor packaging choices the cardstock become bent in transit when poorly handled by postal service. Contact made with seller to provide feedback but no return communication has been received in receipt of that. Would urge caution with this seller.

    This was sent in a sturdy cardboard Pizza box. this is not 'poor packaging' If australia post decided to bend this in half no amount of packaging would have been enough. Any damaged parcels should be brought to aus post attention by the receiver i have no control over what australia post decides to do with them once they leave my care. Aus post would require the receiver to file for compensation not the sender.
