    Fantastic seller! I purchased an item that unfortunately was defective when I received it. I contacted seller and received return/refund instructions. Within two days a refund was issued.     Mine was perfect! The box had seen better days lol but the pressure cooker looks and works great! Quick shipping! I’m happy with my purchase. Please be aware that if you get one that is damaged like the one this person who left a negative review got, you don’t even have to contact the seller just initiate a return through eBay send it back and get another one. These are open box items you may get a bad one, eBay will make it right though so just initiate a return.
