    We did not receive our order, so I reached out to the seller. They were amazing and responded right away. They helped to try to track the order and had no luck, our purchase was lost in transit, and the Seller did not hesitate to offer us a refund. I decided to wait a few extra days just in case our order showed up. When it still did not arrive I contacted the Seller and said I would like to request the refund and they issued the refund within an hour of my request. Great service!!!!

    The seller admitted that there was a mistake and confused it with another customer s product, and sent the package back with an apology. I bought the product through bidding, but I mistakenly thought it was a fraud because it was delivered incorrectly. I would like to express my sincere apology and gratitude to the seller.
