  Phone was safely shipped in secure packaging and arrived in near pristine condition. Set to english and as described with very, very minor scratches. The seller was helpful and checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. The Kyocera itself will require some tech know-how to go beyond basic functionality; and please research beforehand to be sure it is compatible with your service provider/location. If so, great value and would recommend this seller!

  Item came within expected timeframe stated! The condition is as described and came with a charge stand. Nakanoyamas communication was great! Provided me with all info I needed as well as answered questions I had. Packed securely with paper and bubble wrap.   Arrived WAY faster than most overseas packages! Perfect condition and included original insurrections and packaging. Obviously brand new. These are not always easy to find, and the price was more than fair considering the rapid shipping and concise communication from the shipper! Would not hesitate to buy from them again or ask help with future transactions. This is an A+++++ seller!

  The phone arrived exactly as described, the seller was incredibly kind and helpful, even reset the phone in my native language before shipping which was so kind! The shipping time was the fastest I have ever experienced, it came from Japan to the UK in about 2-3 working days which is amazing. The phone is exactly as described and was packaged well, would definitely use this seller again! 10/10!!!!

  The phone is amazing and as described, brand new in a sealed box. I’m so happy with it so far! Customer service was really lovely and helpful too, would highly recommend. It took a little while for the phone to be shipped and tracking to be available, but that wasn’t a problem at all since the actual delivery only took a few days from Japan to the UK and I actually got it before the estimated date. This is just so that future buyers know that waiting for shipment is total normal. Thank you! ❤️
