  Item was as described. Packaging was bad. The cardboard box in which it was mailed was an old amazon delivery box with the coat placed inside without any protection of a plastic bag. The edges of the box were not sealed by tape either. Any exposure to spills or rain during transit or delivery by usps would have completely ruined it. An item with such a high price should be packaged with proper protection for shipping and delivery.

  I’m really impressed with this purchase! The item arrived exactly as described in the listing—brand new, in perfect condition, and exactly what I was looking for. The seller was very communicative and shipped the product quickly, and it arrived well-packaged and on time.   Tal cual la descripción me encantaron, el envío lo realizaron muy rápido solo hubo un problema aquí en mi zona con la entrega pero eso no fue problema del vendedor más bien de la mensajería de aquí pero afortunadamente después de todo eso las recibí y me encantaron recomiendo al vendedor solo como observación cuando mande paquetes en específico a México no poner el precio del producto ya que aquí el gobierno por todo quiere cobrar impuestos de más

  Exception seller and I am so grateful. Had to have these boots asap and so thankful the seller sent it via overnight shipment to assure I’d have the item within 24 hrs. I sincerely appreciate wholeheartedly for sellers’ kindness on all levels to go beyond what’s expected including receiving the item(Ugg boots) just as described to be perfect. Thank you so so much.

  i ordered a 7 and they sent me a 6, and without the box or tags. I reached out to company to complain about sizing issue and they asked for pictures of a tag they never sent. Haven’t heard back and pretty frustrated with the lack of communication, and company’s error in sending the wrong size item. I would consider reordering but i’m honestly not even sure they’d send the right size or bother responding. do not buy from this seller.
