  The order arrived damaged with the cap open even though the item was packed in bubble wrap. The order had leaked everywhere. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

  Initially the package containing this item was delivered to an incorrect address,however this was a fault of royal mail and not the seller. I informed the seller that I had not received the item and they sent out a replacement parcel which arrived the next day in perfect condition. The goods are of high quality,value and the seller provided me with a service that was above and beyond excellent. I strongly recommend this seller and will have no hesitation in using their service in the future.

  The original package turned up broken from the Royal Mail. I refused the delivery and notified these guys. Although it took a few weeks they were very professional, polite and helpful. Needless to say the second package turned up perfect. Thank you

  The shipping company mishandled my package and all the bottles of hot sauce were smashed when they arrived. The seller was very professional and reactive ; he offered to resend another set. I asked for a refund which I got quickly. I do recommend this seller nonetheless.

  When there was an issue with the item not received, the seller went above and beyond to help. Very impressed with how professional they were when it must of been a stressful experience for them. Goods were well packaged and as described. Will definitely buy again. Very recommended from me. A++++

  This seller was great: there was a minor hiccup with the postage and they responded to my messages quickly and with patience. The items (toothpaste) arrived as described and very well packaged. Will happily buy from them again. Thank you!
