    The product was exactly as described. However I didn’t realize it was gray and I thought it was white when I ordered it. I didn’t read the description closely. When it arrived I told the seller that it came, but that it didn’t match my game room color scheme. I asked if I could exchange it for a black dock, and the seller was so kind that they just sent me a second one of my choice (black with a colored ps logo!) for FREE! They shipped it to me immediately and so now I have two. A++!
