    More Than Words is a non-profit workforce development & youth advocacy program that serves nearly 350 youth each year. We are a youth run business empowering youth to take charge of their lives by taking charge of their bookstores. We work with the most vulnerable young adults in Greater Boston: those who are in the foster care system, court involved, homeless, or out of school. At More Than Words they earn a paying job, working in our businesses learning critical customer service, technology, inventory management, and leadership skills. They also work on their “YOU” job, attending workshops and site visits and receiving focused support to ensure they persist in school and map plans for their future work, education and life. Our youth are showing up, giving and receiving feedback, and leading their peers. After a habit-forming, skill-building 6-12 months in our core program, we continue to support our graduates as they go on to achieve measurable, positive outcomes.

    Another wonderful transaction with this company! I believe this is my 3rd purchase with multiple books in each order and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Books arrived as described - great used condition. Packaging wasn’t great but it’s free shipping and they made it to me intact, so no complaints. The price is unbeatable. Will definitely continue to purchase from them! Highly recommend.

    For some reason, the Postal Tracking stopped after the label was created, but I RECEIVED the book I ordered on August 2nd which was within the 7/31 to 8/6 projected delivery range. The sale price was lower than the competition why I chose this Seller. It was well packed, and arrived in the described condition. I would do business, again, with this Seller without hesitation. Thumbs UP!

    The price was very good. The shipping speed was good. The book was in very good condition, as described, except that the bottom corners (front and back) were bent. This could have occurred during shipping, because the book was shipped in a thin plastic bag. I wish sellers would use more protective packaging to avoid damage during shipping. Other than that, this was a good experience, and I would buy from this seller again. I gave 5 stars because the excellent price made up for the minor damage.

    Book was as described (condition - very good) and received in a timely manner. Happy with the price/deal! Seller provided good communications and tracking number. Packaging could have been better; 3 hardback books shipped in plastic bag mailer that arrived with a good-sized tear in it. Thankfully none of the books were damaged or lost. Will certainly consider future purchases from this seller!
