    Looked brand new, probably new out of box. Good price. Appeared brand new. Shipping was fine - 6 days from CA to East Coast. Sensitive electronics packaged properly to avoid damage. We uploaded our program onto this PLC, and it works fine. MSS Automation appears to be a very reliable vendor.

    Well packed, which is important as someon tried to partially open the package and peek in to see if they wanted to steal it. Fortunately you buried it in enough peanuts that they give up. I do have photos, I will send to seller and UPS "What can brown do for you"? Employees who don't steal would be a start. I've had far, far more issues with UPS than any other shipping company.
