  I was very impressed by how this seller went above and beyond to create a great customer experience! I was out of town when the book I bought was supposed to arrive and didn't realize that my dad had stopped our mail, meaning the package was not delivered to our porch. Even though the seller was not to blame at all, she called USPS to figure out what was going on and kept me updated until the package finally arrived. The book was in excellent condition and looked just like the photos she posted
