    The bracelet looked BRAND NEW, even tho the seller's post said it was used. I overestimated the size that I needed and asked if I could exchange it for the next size down and the seller was so gracious! Communication with this seller is EXCELLENT! My exchanged size is on its way along with a return label for the incorrect size. Will definitely buy from this seller again!

    Great seller to work with. My bracelet arrived defective. I contacted her and she sent me another one the next day and a return envelope and postage label too. So happy she was able to send me another one of the same kind. The second one arrived and was perfect!!!! Thank you!

    The safety chains I received were as described and so pretty and sparkly. They were packaged carefully and arrived safely. I thought the price was fair. I have purchased from this seller many times and one will continue to do so.

Not my favorite charm, but it was a gift so they were very happy with it. Looks new, and the price was great. Fits on the Pandora Bracelet as it should. Not the sellers fault that this is one of the cheaper made Pandora Charms. I’m very pleased with my experience and will be returning!
