    The seller is stellar as the shipping company dropped the ball. I reached out to the seller and they quickly assured me that all would be well and took care of the issue and eased my concerns. The box arrived a little busted up, but the condition of the chair itself is pristine and attractive and given the value for the quality of this chair I’m very happy. Great seller.

    The shoe cabinets were delivered quickly, arrived well packaged in great condition, are as described and the bamboo is beautiful. Good pricing on two. A friend loves the look and is considering purchasing one. Cabinets were sold out but seller notified me when items were restocked, A+!

    When I saw the broken package dropped in front of my door, I questioned the deliver lady:"Are you sure the inside stuff is not broken?" The lady ensured me inside is fine. However, the shelf got damaged during the shipping. After seeing the photo of broken vertical long piece of the shelf, the seller refund my money immediately. Definetly will buy from this seller, as I like the products and the friendly customer service. Thanks!

    "It's he__ to get old". I chose this barbell set for rehab purposes. So this style was ordered by deliovery time only. It appeared to be the same vendor selling on multiple sites. Well, recall failed me, did I order them or not? So, I ordered again only to have the item delivered shortly after (re)ordering.MoNiBloom was contacted with a request to cancel.
