    We have been buying from this seller for more that a year. They are very responsive to any questions. We have has to return a couple of items and they immediately send a return label. As soon as they receive the item they either refund us or send us another one. We have also been able to request items that we need, they have found them at reasonable prices. We have been very impressed with this seller. They have been great to work with. We will continue purchasing from this seller.

    This is probably the best price for comparable items on eBay. The Lenovo desktop was well packed and 100% fit the item description. Win11 Pro was already activated, and minor setup problems were quickly resolved with good communication and advice from the seller. Great vendor, highly recommended.

    Item was fine. There were unfortunately problems with shipping, apparently due to new staff in the sellers shipping department. A fairly fragile item was sent just in soft shipping bags and was damaged upon receipt. The seller responded promptly to the problem though, and very quickly took action to make things right. I would do business with them again.
