  Superb condidtion and arrived (well, would have done) promptly. I find Royal Mail to be a terrible, and terribly inefficient carrier. We were in for delivery, but a faint tap on the door meant we didn't hear them. Why Royal Mail don't deliver to a neighbour, on no answer (like ALL other carriers) I don't know. They are all too keen to post their little Red not, lug the package back to the sorting office and do it all again the next day. No wonder they're losing money. The product was fine.

  Item arrived as described boxed in brand new condition, well packaged in original box, all the tools expected with a quality Henry Turbo cleaner, at good value for money in its customary colours of black and red.

  Tap is exactly as described. Brand new in original packaging. A well made outside tap. looks good and solid. Compared to other sellers this was a good price. Tap was well packed and arrived quickly. A good company to buy from.
