    Shipping was incredibly fast - I had it within 48 hours of purchase. Packaging was secure with little-to-no movement inside. Item was as described and pictured. Overall price was right on for a similar item in this condition, and the photos were very helpful! Communication with the seller was timely and professional.     I give them 5 stars the shipping was really fast after I paid . It was packaged very well in news paper and foam peanuts in a big box very well taped on the outside, the pictures and the add descriptions were very good no surprises when they showed up , they were able to keep the shipping cost down and the price of the instruments very reasonable, and I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends

    It's really a nice experience and the item is exactly as described as in the picture. The packaging is careful so that I really received what was described in the pictures without any extra damages from the shipping. And the shipping is fast!

    An outstanding transaction!!!! VERY nice marching baritone, (and even better condition than I anticipated.) Amazing speed on the delivery: purchased on Wednesday from seller near Pittsburg and delivered by Fedex to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan mid afternoon on Friday--thanks! (It's obvious why this seller has such high ratings.... impressive...many thanks and compliments.)
