The Bad - UPS Mail Innovations should never be used. item was Purchased 11/17 (a pre order) and shipped 12/5. There was ZERO update from the carrier (UPS Mail Innovations) until 12/14 which said it was somewhere in Ohio, then not again until 12/20 that said it was out for delivery. I would use this seller again as they were very polite and responsive, but I would be wary if they use the same shipping provider
