  The item I received was in great shape and as described. Beyond the product, the service provided by milanhondaparts was exceptional. When I placed my order, I incorrectly ordered the left side trim, when I needed the right side trim. Milanhondaparts figured out my error based on my orginal inquiry versus my ordered item and messaged me right away to clarify. Milanhondaparts saved me the time and expense of a return/reship. I highly recommend milanhondaparts and will use them again!

  Received what was expected very quickly. Packaged safely, no complaints. Accurate description, as I wanted OEM lug nuts., which are not available at local retailers for a car as old as mine. Listing showed the seller knows what us being sold and clearly represented in text of listing. Would check back with again for OEM parts.

  We had multiple issues and with the shipping company which wasn't his or my fault but in the end he worked with me and communicated and refunded me my money. So in the end it was alright and sometimes it just doesn't work out and nothing you can do cause the shipping companies have gone downhill. If I needed a part and he had it I would be willing to do business again.

  Milanhondaparts is by far one of the best sellers on this platform. When I originally received my order it was the wrong part! After a civilized conversation between us, the right part was located and was sent to me, along with cash in an envelope to pay for shipping the incorrect part back! Their customer service skills are top notch and will forever be in my good graces. Should you ever need anything for your Honda. LOOK NO FURTHER!

  I was impressed with Seller's attention to securely packing the part. It arrived promptly undamaged. It appears as it was on the original car: filthy, making it hard to tell from sale photos (and also when opening the box) whether it was damaged before sale. A few minutes with mineral spirits and a small nylon brush cleaned away grunge and oily dirt revealed an apparently undamaged part. Clean parts in sale photos give buyers confidence in making purchase decisions. Seller, please take note.

  Everything about the part itself was excellent!! Good condition, good value. I give the seller high praise for their communication with me. The only issue I had with this order was I paid for Express shipping, it was sent USPS express 2 day and USPS took 5+ days to deliver. I am not happy with the express shipping option here, but I don't hold the seller responsible.
