  Fast shipping and item arrived in retail box, though the bottom was torn open—wish it had been shipped in another box for better protection.   It came a couple of days later than originally expected,but I don’t believe it was the seller’s fault for this but the postal service was at fault.It was packaged good looks great and fits my tablet perfectly.I love it because it will protect my tablet and all the holes ln it align up with my tablet. It is exactly as described.

  Unfortunately black was listed as available and it ended up not being so. However, the phone quality is great and seller communicated the issue. Response time could have been faster but the phone delivered faster than expected!
