Value for money upon which was received quickly & in excellent condition.   Late Late late. Charging for next day delivery and when the item arrived five days later, and they had already apologised and promised refund for the 13£ postage, they didn't;t issue the refund and then started a whole fresh argument saying they should not have to refund the postage - without even reading their own previous statement saying " we are sorry , we will refund the postage" Fortunately for all of us - there are not many like this here

  The item was delivered on time but was delayed by Royal mail which is out of our control. We did send a refund of £13 for the special delivery postage cost which we have proof of. The above feedback is incorrect and does not reflect our business fairly. Please have it changed.

  The display sent was not the one described. But the seller was correct and gave me a refund rapidly. Had to buy a new one from the same seller in order to receive the good one, but guess what they sent me another wrong display, also refunded. Communication with the seller was good but i couldn't receive the right display.

  Good product, it worked. Slow communication from seller, took two days to respond as I wished to collect. It was over Christmas period but seller offered collection out postage 2-3 days.

  the board arrived quickly, it was in good condition and especially there was a basic installation guide that described the error during replacement. Thank you very much, finally someone who thought of the replacement for the customers!
