  Gotta say, this is definitely one of the best sellers I’ve dealt with on Feebay. Item was shipped on time and arrived as described but I had an issue with performance of the item. It was an issue that couldn’t have been foreseen by the seller. I reached out and advised of the issue. The seller immediately handled the issue without provocation. This is the kind of seller that I wanna do business with. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you for being a professional…..not the common occurrence.

  Seller communication was great and offered a return, problem is that the item isn't new. I mean it's close to new but had clearly been screwed into something before plus there was no wrapping on anything or instructions included. That is the reason for my 3 stars on the description. I kept the item and it works but it is not new.

  It's probably new open box but we don't dig in new items to make sure they aren't new or not. Thanks for the opportunity to give a partial refund for a new open box item and for your understanding.
