  I ordered a 19" CRT, which means heavy & fragile and this is a reason many sellers don't ship these beasts, but this seller made sure to package & ship this thing properly, and I'm pleased to say that it arrived all in one piece & working. With a fast response time, reasonable price, and satisfaction guarantee/return policy, this was a no brainer. The product matches the photos and description, no surprises.   The product was well packaged and was shipped fast. Nothing was damaged with all the padding in the package. A++ for the packaging and prompt shipment. I would purchase again from this seller for the well thought out packaging. As for the item itself, everything is as described in the listing. Nothing seems to be hidden away and put off on the customer so A++ for honest seller. Being as the item is a large 4U case, I would say the value given with the shipping is also spot on. A++ all around.

  As advertised. Works like a champ. In very good condition. Shipped fast. Very good value as the CPU and RAM were included. Other sellers ask - in some cases, much more - for just the board. Overall appearance is like new. Received order and shipping confirmation directly from seller. Packed very well against physical damage, as well as placed in an anti-static ESD shielded bag. Easily the most professional transaction in 23 years of purchasing on eBay. TYVM for accepting my offer!

  Second purchase from this store/seller..Happy with both items..Shipping seems high,packaging was sufficient or better, condition was as advertised,,,value of item better than expected(both times).. especially thankfull for quite extensive/detailed testing and their proof of it,as well as NO ATTEMPT TO mislead or be intentionally vague (unlike many,many other here...Highly recommend this seller/company.

  The item was packaged incredibly well, and care was taken to ensure that it was not damaged in transit. The part was described as faulty, and I accepted that risk. I am delighted with my experience. The delivery was reasonable for the significant distance the part needed to travel.
