    The seller fixed a mistake on a shopping issue. Wrong label was placed on the package. I received the wrong item . He notified me 2 days after I received it. I was about to send a message when he already sent me one letting me know the correct item was on its way. Very pleased by the response. Very good business conduct. Thumbs up 2x!

    Slight shipping snafu - I mistakenly got sent a different order, BUT seller was super responsive right away (and it was during the holidays) and got the items out right away. So, took longer than expected to receive, but from when he shipped the remotes came quickly. Nice guy and pleasure doing business with. Remotes are perfect - price was beyond reasonable and programmed it to my car this morning. I now have remote start again. Woohoo!

    Received my remote starter for my van and was as described. I then contacted the company to get instructions on how to program it and received a response quickly. Instruction were simple and easy to understand and do. I will continue to use this same company should I need another remote starter. You guys were fantastic. Thank you
