  I could not find this book near home (UK), so had to buy from other side of the world. It arrived today, well packaged, in good condition... and a week early! It has come 12, 000 miles in less than 10 days (including 2 weekends)- I count that as disproportionately superb service! (especially compared to another purchase made on the same day from a different seller 200 miles from me in UK, which still hasn't got here). Thanks for having the book in stock, and for excellent service.
