  My initial order was received in a timely manner but unfortunately it was damaged in transit which was very disheartening and upsetting. After messaging the seller and showing them pictures of the damage they told me that they would be sending me a replacement because they didn’t want to leave me with a bad experience with their service. The new package arrived in perfect shape and even had a personal “sorry note” inside. They even told me to keep the damaged one free of charge Thank you Mankayv

  Excellent quality and condition right out of the package. Brand new appearance in a sealed package bag as described . Great value and came as advertised. Fast shipping. Professional communication. I will look out for other listings by the seller. High rated seller.

  My package came in today. The box was in perfect condition and my Funko was secured in the packaging (not loose and getting banged up during shipping). The communication between the shipper and myself was very amazing. They kept me up to date with each step of the pre-order purchase to the shipping information to the actual delivery of my item.

  Wow all I can say. This Funko is amazing hands down. Seller was amazing super informative. Very nice people. Thanks for everything. Packed in plastic bubble wrap and paper and a box.   Even though there was a small mix up, their communication was excellent and the issue resolved quickly. However after everything, my Rory's box came damaged. Still, I will purchase from them again.
