  This is a good quality item, however, it had been unpackaged and handled, so it was not clean like new. The repackaging was not good, all the parts were falling out of the inner packing. FORTUNATELY, it arrived mostly intact, with a tiny chip where it won't show. I am happy with the shelf overall, and would purchase again, but maybe not here.

  Item was originally described as “pickup only” in a far city, but upon inquiry they offered to ship it. I had to follow up when I received no shipping notification after a week; they apologized and it went out the next day and arrived promptly as promised in great condition. Was literally the last of this fixture available anywhere, so I’m just delighted to have it. I am not under the gun so this was no trouble for me at all.

  Beautiful doorknob. Shipping was kind of slow from the time of purchase but it looked great on the door once it arrived.
