  this is an amazing seller. my item was lost in the mail. the seller refunded my money, without a fight. no hassel. no making me reach out to them over and over. one of the most professional sellers I have purchased from on ebay.   Absolutely love this seller! This is my second purchase from her same product different size. The quality is excellent. Of course the condition is brand new.   The item came as advertised and in factory bag. Trouble is that it was shipped as late as possible and took over two weeks going on three getting here. I was offered $5 and no further explanation or conference about it. Seeing no movement and the seller initiated no other communication, I ordered from UA directly during the interim (when I should have had my item) and maybe that is what I should have done from the start. Had I known this would happen, I would have done that from the start.

  The item came incredibly fast and was in good shape, but the box have been destroyed in shipping because it was just shipped in a bag so I could never use the box again. The shoes are more blue than purple even though it was described as purple.
