The seller responded almost immediately with the answers. I purchased two items from this seller. The seller combined the two items when shipped and gave me a refund without me having to ask. Items were delivered three days after they were ordered. Items were properly packaged and delivered in perfect condition. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Vanda delayed in initial shipping and slowly left Florida. Despite that plant arrived in excellent condition due to meticulous packaging and plant healthy, large, and flowers show quality and excellent price and value. Flowers carefully wrapped and following seller's advice to soak in water after unpacking appears to be in great condition! Definitely will keep this seller in mind due to vast variety and value.

The quality of the orchids they carry are superior to others I’ve bought. The orchid arrived in perfect condition, and it’s a very healthy Orchid. I never have doubt when purchasing from this vendor as i get my value for my buck. I will continue to purchase and support this vendor.

They attached the same tracking to two separate orders so now an order that was never even shipped is marked as “delivered” making it difficult to dispute with eBay.
