  Good customer service. The listing was for a 5-part dryer repair kit for my specific dryer model. Two of the parts in the kit ended up not matching my dryer. This seller offered to allow me to send back the whole kit for a full refund or to receive a partial refund for the incorrect parts. I elected for a partial refund since I had already installed the working parts. I will certainly buy from them again.

  THE ITEM FIT EXACTLY AS THE OEM FACTORY PART. IT WAS SHIPPED IN FACTORY PACKAGING, NEW IN THE BOX. IT LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE THE FACTORY PART AND WAS A QUARTER OF THE PRICE OF THE FACTORY PART.

  The part got lost in the mail and when I contacted the seller they made sure to get one shipped via FedEx in two days. What would have been a negative experience, became a good one. The only negative might be they didn't answer messages on weekends but good for them! They deserve time off! I would recommend this seller.
