    The product in itself as expected but the delivery was late (expected day was Saturday as per communication but was delivered the following Monday). Also the price on the packaging was less than what I had paid so questionable Business practices. Personally, not going to buy from this seller going forward.

    We have no control over the Postal Service. We send free postage and also Ebay take fee's so I suggest if you are not happy with sellers trying to make a living then buy from a store. Hope you have better luck with other sellers.

    The seller was extremely helpful when my parcel went missing, he promptly chased the delivery company and promised me it would be on the way soon. The following afternoon my cricket bag was delivered. Perfect item as described, great Customer Service. Thank you so much.

    Item arrived super fast but the zip slider broke for the main compartment. Contacted seller who arranged for it to be returned by providing pre paid postage and refund issued within 2 days of return. I have purchased again different bag now from same company. Very happy with customer service provided. Thank you.
