    I absolutely had the perfect experience!! I was skeptical due to the price but it is the real deal!!! All products arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. I was so worried with the AZ heat…my box would be flooded and soaked with coconut oil! Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend this seller and will be ordering again!

    Received the item in a normal shipping envelope and the bottle was busted open with shampoo all over in the package. Seems like this would have been shipped in a box to avoid it getting smashed in transit.. Contacted seller and seller responded asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement. I have since contacted them twice asking for information on a tracking number and have had no response back at all. BAD COMMUNICATION. will not buy from again

    Ordered this rear view mirror and it was shipped in a padded envelope instead of in a box. It got damaged in shipping and this is how I received it. I contacted the seller twice for a resolution and never received a response from them. It seems petty to not replace or refund an inexpensive item but that is their choice. Would NOT recommend.
