    wow, what a fantastic tree that I've received. Exactly as described. The tree looks healthy and strong. Packaging was top notch and it arrived in excellent condition. In fact it arrived from Florida to the UK in just 3 days. Unbelievable! Thank you very much for such excellent service. Top notch.

    Plant was packaged very well, but UPS sent it on a scenic route, which took 4 days to arrive, instead of the 1-2 days that it should have. I am hoping that I can get this small plant to survive, but right now, it's not looking real hopeful. I can't fault the seller, since it's beyond their control once UPS got a hold of it

    Extremely well packed and shipped.Fast. The palm seedlings I bought exceeded my expectations. Very, very nice. The rest is up to me... Happy with palms, happy with price, happy with the careful packaging.

    Horrible seller, does not communicate, assumes responsibility for a plant they shipped to me. I have no control on shipping, it was their package and how they shipped it. Was told it’s my job to dispute with shipper. Finally used used derogatory terms against me. Called me an lazy and horrible person on messages. I am surprised eBay allows for these types of people to do busy on eBay. Then again, anything is possible these daus.

    Buyer demanded money back when UPS was delayed. Upon inquiry, recommended the buyer inquire with the with UPS however buyer could not see any point to the $100 in insurance coverage that accompanies every shipment. The perfect order showed up in perfect condition a few days later. The accusations of language and derogatory comments are a fabrication from an angry irresponsible, impatient buyer.
