Interestingly, the parcel arrived a few days later. I offered to pay for it, but the seller apologized for the inconvenience and insisted I keep it. Excellent customer service despite the initial delay!

Checked tracking and it transpired that my original purchase was damaged in transit, contacted seller who immediately messaged me back and as a result a replacement was actioned, which could not have arrived any quicker. The items arrived in two really heavy boxes. But open boxes and they split into two smaller bags. As the boxes really heavy,delivery driver was kind enough to place items where I wanted them. To save me from lifting them,delivery guy very helpful. Really satisfied all round with my purchase and delivery. thank you.
