  The item was exactly as described, if not better. I’m so happy with the price and condition! The item took a little long to ship (11 days), but once shipped it only took 2 days to arrive - very fast delivery! It was also packaged very well! The seller responded to messages extremely quickly, which was great! Good experience overall!

  Nice packing job, and the item was received was better than described & pictured. No cables were included but I was ok with it when communicated. Took almost a month to ship out, but in the end was worth the wait Vs. any negative actions experienced in this transaction. Seller I think also was ill and not feeling well. I will buy from again!

  The pedal arrived in great condition and functioned perfectly. It was great value for money and looked like new. The only problem was that it wasn’t posted until 3 weeks after the order but the seller sorted this out with very fast communication. Definitely would buy from this seller again but only buy if you are fine with waiting for your purchase

  This was my second item I ordered from this seller. The first arrived in great condition. This one, however, the United States Postal service made a mistake and was unable to ship to my address. The seller was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and did everything they could to make things right(and everything worked out in the end). You can have the peace of mind with this seller knowing they will take care of you if anything happens to your order.

  I told the seller that I was in a hurry for this item and they shipped express. It came from Japan in two days! It also included some accessories that weren't listed in the description. So I am very pleased with this seller!

  Item arrived damaged and seller was very easy to deal with. The seller was very responsive and offered to pay for the repairs. I got a quote for repairs and as soon as I knew how much it was going to cost the seller refunded me the cost of the repairs. I am very happy with the purchase. Despite the damage, the overall condition was good and was a good value.
