  This seller sent my item packaged well and it was in better condition than described. The seller was very communicative throughout the process and was even kind enough to issue a partial refund because they were late getting back from a vacation, causing a small delay.   I ordered this microphone a few weeks ago, and it arrived recently. Packaging was excellent, the time to ship was a tiny bit longer than usual than I am used to (Japan to Canada) but the microphone is in new condition, and works flawlessly.
