  This seller was the very best! He figured how to get a much needed rehabilitation item shipped to us across the country and tracked and kept me informed at all times. Item was exactly as advertised, packed on a pallet extremely well and delivered at our door by the freight company. I have never had a better experience with an eBay seller and I have had a number of good ones. If you desire care, compassion and integrity in a seller this is one you should consider.   Thanks so much for the positive feedback and letting me know about the lack of communication with shipping/delivery. I did email photos of the pallet along with the tracking number but I realized that I did not let you know the tracking number was in the photo. I will strive to do better in this regard. Thanks again so very much.
