  This was an excellent experience with this Seller. Lot Of 12 Gnome Plastic Easter Eggs arrived quickly and you could tell that they tried to package them carefully. Unfortunately one arrived cracked and a couple other eggs were broken where they clasp together. Once the Seller was notified of the situation then they promptly gave me a partial refund. Thank you, it was much appreciated. I would do business with this Seller again in a heartbeat.

  I purchased two books in a lot, paid for shipping, received one book in a very thin plastic mailer. The mailer was ripped open at the bottom and one book was missing. When I contacted the seller to ask for a refund of at least shipping cost, the said they were sorry this happened to Me and asked if I contacted USPS. If the package was secure, there would have been no issues. USPS isn't the one who over stuffed two books into a thing mailer without adding tape to the seams for security.
