  I initially received the figure with some missing parts, but the seller promptly contacted me, explained that it was a mistake, and kindly offered to send the missing pieces. Since this figure is for my 10 years old daughter, who loves Pompompurin and is collecting them, I truly appreciate the seller s quick response and willingness to resolve the issue.
