    This USGI large rucksack was just as described and photographed. The item shipped out quickly, but the USPS took their sweet time with delivery by sending it all over the place before it finally arrived. This was absolutely no fault of the seller who had the correct shipping label which was completely intact. The condition and appearance were in very good condition beating expectations. Great quality and value for genuine USGI rucksack. I would recommend and use this seller again. AAA+ seller

    Seller shipped very quickly and the pack I purchased was in very good shape as described. One snap for the quick release system is broken, but it doesn't affect usage at all, and the pack was in service so little things like this are to be expected. Minor issue and does not impact how satisfied I am with the seller or the item at all. :) Took my first hike with the pack the day after I got it. Super pleased! Looking forward to doing more with this rig!!

    Seller was terrific with the sale of the Granite Gear Chief Patrol Pack. Item was packaged well and received expediently. Seller kept me informed with shipping process. Ran into a random concern, but the seller was able to make the necessary corrections to make better the situation. I definitely recommend this merchant. They are informative, transparent, and will go the extra mile to make things right.

    I purchased a pack of 4 USGI Waist Packs, listed as new, and I received 3, clearly used, waist packs. The seller never responded to my message or my return request. eBay refunded me my money. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this seller.
