FAST delivery...bit confused when it arrived in a huge box wiv one end open already! LOL luckily the item was all there so no harm done thank god!....item as pic and description....not used yet....very happy so far....I recommed this seller....yes I would buy again....excellent ebayer....thanku xxx

The baskets were a good price and as described. The dispatch notification was received straight away but then wasn't updated for two days. Once I'd chased JVL the parcel was then collected by the courier (Evri) and was delivered the next day. The correspondence I had back from JVL was polite and they sorted the delivery out as they said they would.

Customer service was outstanding, my order hasn't been delivered by Evri, I informed the seller . Without any hassle I was given refund. Great seller , sadly same can't be said for the courier. If you ever change your courier choice I'd be happy to order from you again
