  I received the product ordered in original sealed packaging. Unfortunately manufacturers do not always provide dates of processing so makeup can become a gamble of sorts. Through no fault of the seller the item had become unusable. Contacted them as soon as I opened package and explained the condition of product. Seller refunded the purchase price immediately. That is excellent customer service and will shop with this seller again. Thank you for your time Jnkflowerpatch, little things do matter!

  Well packaged nail polish. They were wrapped in bubble wrap inside of a bubble mailer envelope. No damage at the time of delivery. Ordered March 9, delivered March 13 - PA to MN. Polish appears to be in new, unused condition. The look of the bottles had been noted on the description of the listed item that they came from a retail setting, so the bottles may not appear pristine, but I'm the one using them and don't mind. I chose lighter colors for spring and look forward to using them! A+ seller!

  This item was described as what I needed but it arrived and was not the color stated on the box. I contacted the seller, sent a picture of what I received and was promptly granted a refund from this seller. I was disappointed to not receive my item, but positive handliing of the situation was good business experience. Would buy from them again.

  Unfortunately stores no longer carry the black brown shade so I was thankful to find them here. I purchased 4 of the black/brown brow pomades so hopefully I won’t run out anytime soon. Shipping was fast and the package was delivered to my secure USPS mailbox. Items were new, cheaper than retail, and exactly as described. I’ll definitely buy from this seller in the future.

  The postal system lost my package, through absolutely no fault of my seller. I asked that we give it extra time to get here, but tracking gave us no information on where it was. It’s very sad that our sellers work so hard to get the products we buy shipped out promptly only to have the postal service be careless &lose them. This seller was absolutely wonderful & promptly refunded my item as soon as I gave up on getting it. I highly recommend this seller! Thank you so much for working with me.
