    Wow, what a terrific buy and exactly what I was looking for a great price. Laptop is in pristine condition and was top of the line that year. Sellers were very communicative, and answered all questions I had. I was a little worried about some of the other reviews, but forget them. This ebayer delivers exactly what they advertised, including running Windows 11. If I had to mention a con, I'd only say that they do use stock photos and not photos of the actual product. Would do business again.

    If you're looking for interpersonal service with a smile, look no further than BIT-RAM Computer Solutions. Because I have low-vision issues, they took immediate steps to ensure I received the model best suited to my needs, and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. After receiving the unit, I screwed up the operating system, and the owner immediately fixed and returned the system as part of their 100% full service policy. I could not ask for more, a full 5 star review.

    These guys went way above and beyond. There was an issue with the originally shipped laptop, and they didn’t just make it right, they ended up sending out an upgraded system just to make sure I was satisfied. I’ve been buying and selling on eBay since 2002 and I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been taken care of so well by a seller. They shipped quickly, packaged the laptop well, and the laptop looked virtually brand new. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

    Nicely packaged. There was some malware we had to remove but it is running well as described.
