  Despite not accepting returns, they did. I genuinely believe that after accepting the return request, my dad bought the wrong one because I spoke to him about the item. He then sent me the photos of the old starting motor on accident to use to ask for a return. Besides all that, the motor was packaged well and was shown as described. It was really cheap and am ashamed at my dad's carelessness. The shipping did arrive on time and I'm going to be keeping a closer eye on my father.

  Packaging was very well done and the gear set assembly arrived just as shown in listing images. I would feel comfortable purchasing from seller again. Shipping was a day late but it was likely due to carrier. Pricing was on the higher end but the good condition warrants the higher price.

  Great seller, I asked them to ship asap and it was sent out within the next 2 days, much earlier than the initial ETA time. Item arrived within a week nicely packaged. A++++ seller!

  Item showed up quickly and was very well packaged. Zero damage. The photo was not the actual item sent, but same type of product. The one in the photo was in much cleaner condition than the one received, but it looks like it is all there so no issues.
