    Seller sent the item quickly. Unfortunately, totally my fault... I lost the package from when I picked it up from the post office to getting home.... (left the box on top of the car).... Anyway, the seller contacted me to ask if I was happy with the product and I told the truth that dummy me lost the radio. Seller offered to sell another one at discount when the tariff is over. I appreciated that seller made the offer. Thank you.

    Received the wrong item, but contacted the seller and was shipped the right items at no extra cost. Mistakes happen, but the seller was quick to put it right, even though I'm sure they lost money on this sale. Parcel was late, but only because we had a postal strike. The seller shipped promptly. I highly recommend this seller.
