  I'm deeply grateful that the item I ordered arrived in good condition and in good time. The buying process itself, however, was disappointing. I volunteer in a service for people experiencing homelessness, and when I tried to contact the seller on behalf of my client prior to making the purchase, there was an automatic message saying something like, "this seller has chosen not to communicate." It was frustrating - and a big exercise in trust. Thankfully, the seller proved trustworthy.
