  The best best best seller ever. The shipping was fast as promised (I just happen to out in the wrong address so got it a lil late). The seller was very prompt in responding to messages. It mentioned some scratches on the description but omg there was no scratches on the laptop I got. Packaging was 1000000% perfect and effective. I think I got something with more value than the money spent. Recommend recommend recommend this seller.

  I had a positive experience with this seller previously who graciously accepted a returned item. The new item was pristine and packaged with complete professionalism. The value, including warranty and accessories is 10/10. The item was as described, and though shipping was delayed one day from predicted, it arrived very fast. Top of the line experience.   Extremely fast shipping was shipped same day the packaging was more than enough to protect the items everything came as described and worked up to the standard of the description only issue I had was with the shipping company but the seller was more than happy to resolve the issue by moving to another shipping company if they kept giveing me the runaround responded as soon as they could good customer service definitely a great seller that can be trusted

  Received the computer as described, but with very poor packaging (floating around in a box with some packing peanuts and a thin layer of bubble wrap) and completely missing the charging cord and power brick, a $250 purchase new! Additionally, seller has failed to respond to my messages asking about it.

  Delivery was fast, item was accurately described, packaging was secure, everything you'd expect. But on top of that there are QOL inclusions such as email updates directly from the company, they offer returns, and they even have a store for you to sell your stuff.   I highly recommend making a purchase from itsworthmore. My SufacePro came in faster than expected, was packed & protected well, and was in great condition as described. It has a beautiful display & everything works as expected. It was definitely worth the purchase, & at a great value coming with all the accessories. I did experience one hiccup, when I opened the box the pen was missing. I contacted the seller & they happily sent one to me free of any extra charges! I would buy from them again!
