  Delivery was particularly slow, as I encountered some issues with customs where the parcel didn’t include sufficient information the seller should’ve included… This lead to me having to chase ParcelForce and push for the item to be released delaying it by nearly 3 weeks. However I can’t knock the product that was recieved, as it was as described and I’m really happy with it. The seller also issued a small goodwill gesture to me which was much appreciated and shows great customer service. Thanks

  Excelente vendedor. Artículo de calidad y a estrenar, en su caja. Enviado a España en el tiempo marcado. Precio inmejorable. Sin duda volveré a comprar artículos a este vendedor.   Exactly as advertised, brand new, in manufacturers packaging, competitive price, looks great and welds seem solid. All parts present. Only minor downsides were the import taxes and the shipping timeframe, both outside of sellers control. Parcelforce sent me a literal printed letter in the mail containing your customs charges reference number, which has to be paid before they will release it for delivery. Others like DHL will just email you a link to charge, to save waiting 2 extra days.

  I have purchased from these guys multiple times, unfortunately through no fault of theirs I did not receive the item this time. They were very prompt with their emails and have offered a refund as well as discount if I purchase again. Very good to deal with and am still very happy with their service.

  Product was delivered as advertised, unfortunately the tank cap was damaged in transit. Marco responded promptly to my request for this to be remedied, he arranged a replacement from acerbis which arrived in record time. I would recommend this seller as my experience with them has been great, fantastic communication and customer service. Well done mototopgun.
