    Can't go wrong with Ishibashi. Great proactive communication (for updates on preparation/checks pre-shipping and then when it was shipped). Everything as described and shipped quickly (this was via Japan Post EMS). I already had Form 5106 on file so it cleared US customs quickly (import duty was around 5%). Delivery was made by US Postal Service (the delivery express package drivers). Hard shell case well packaged in a sturdy box. Guitar was in prestine condition. Highly recommended.

    HAPPY CUSTOMER here from the PHILIPPINES. Item described is correct. Item is in good condition when arrived. Shipping i fast and the the packaging is safe and intact. Great Value.     Guitar arrived in excellent condition and was in the same condition as it was listed. I would use this seller again. The packaging didn’t have much packing but the soft case it came with seems to have protected it just fine. I recommend this seller to others.

    The shipping was pretty fast only 9 days from Japan it came as described very well packaged and over all a decent value although the seller wasn’t very negotiable on the price the most I could offer lower was like 50$.
