  Great communication from the seller (had a concern about the shipped product, resolved the issue instantly and sent new tracking information with the correct CPU) bought multiple products from inwm9492 very pleased with the easy transactions - will buy more CPUs! Cheers! Products received are exactly as shown, packed excellently and arrive very quickly!

  CPU came unfortunately damaged likely due to shipping, with a few bent pins and one missing. Upon showing the picture of the missing pin, the seller instantly offered either a new CPU or a full refund with no questions asked. Upon selecting the refund, the seller promptly did so with no issues. Responses were prompt, and action was taken quickly. Shipping from China can take some times (2 weeks in my case), but if time isn't an issue, I'd recommend this seller.

  CPU was poorly packaged in regular (not anti-static) bubble wrap. However, the CPU works and is running well in my AsrockRack RomeD8-2T motherboard. Item works as described, but the lack of antistatic bag or wrap may give me second thoughts about future gambles. Shipping info was weird as well; three different "your label has printed" dates popped up in the "track your package" section, but only the third one (at one week after purchase) persisted until delivery.

  Shipped here. Product was as described in the posted EXCEPT it said "Open Box," it indeed was not open box but used. Came shipped with a Chinese ink stamp on top of the CPU with 2024 undrneath and hardened thermal paste on the edges so that's the reason for the three star and shipping took almost 9-10 days

  The item arrived in great used condition, well packaged, and protected in a small plastic container. I installed it on an iMac mid-2010 21.5 inch, and it's working perfectly so far. The seller communicated well. Not too expensive for the type of processor.
