  This is an excellent seller -and more importantly, an excellent person!!! I bought an item without examining all of the images carefully. When I received the item, I was not happy with it. This was my fault, however, since if I had examined the photos carefully, I would have seen what I did not like. Without any questions, the seller immediately refunded my full payment and told me to keep the item. In the end, I felt bad! This seller took a loss to make me happy.

  Whole experience was awesome. Transaction was fast and easy. Shipping was also surprisingly quick. The way they packaged this was incredible. Layers and layers of bubble wrap, its obvious they took their time doing it right. They even filled the inside of the music box with bubble wrap, while avoiding catching any on the pins of the machine. Product was exactly as described and shown. I would've happily paid more just for how well they packaged it.

  Arrived as represented today! Better than expected. NOT seller's fault. I will return & HIGHLY recommend, Thank you! VERY friendly communication, exceptional TLC packed. I can only guess the postal workers involved wanted a week vacation in Florida, so sent package there for one?
